These terms apply to this website and to every fishing charter and guided outdoor trip you book. By booking you accept them for everyone in your party.
Trip descriptions, photographs and difficulty ratings are ours; please do not copy them for commercial use. We keep all route and condition information current, but water levels, weather and fish activity change fast and conditions on the day may differ from what any page says.
A place is confirmed only when we write back to say so. Payment terms, what to bring, and cancellation policy are set out on the booking page.
Your fishing guide, the boat and tackle as described, group fishing gear and lodging for the nights listed. Personal clothing, travel to the launch point and insurance are yours to arrange.
Weather, water conditions or the state of the group can force a guide to shorten or change the fishing charter. That call rests with the guide.
Outdoor travel and fishing carry risk no operator can remove. We are responsible for running the trip with reasonable care and skill, not for loss caused by conditions outside our control.
