Request a date and we'll hold it for seven days while you arrange travel. No charge during this period.
Your place is confirmed once we receive the deposit. The remaining balance is due thirty days before departure, or immediately if you book within that window.
Change once, free, up to twenty-one days before departure, to any other available date in the same season. A second change depends on us filling your original slot.
Every charter needs a minimum group size. If we can't reach it we notify you twenty-one days ahead—you can choose another date, a different route, or a complete refund.
Insurance covering water and outdoor activity is required to join. Let us know about any condition that affects your mobility or diet—it helps your guide plan the day better, and never affects your welcome.
Professional guide, all required permits, shared safety gear and camping equipment, and accommodation for every night on the itinerary. Travel to the meeting point, personal gear and insurance are your responsibility.
